At Morvidus Security, safety isn’t just our job—it’s our mission!

"Founded after a deeply personal and traumatic experience, when a close female family member was attacked on a night out in Leamington Spa. Morvidus was born from a mission: to make our town safer. That night changed everything. It exposed the urgent need for not just more security, but better security, delivered by people who genuinely care.

With many years of hands on experience in the security industry, I’ve worked across a wide range of roles and challenging environments. From managing busy nightlife venues to leading large scale response teams on match days at football stadiums, my career has always been defined by professionalism, high standards, and a deep commitment to keeping people safe.

Today, Michael and I lead Morvidus Security with that same commitment—strengthened by our story and guided by strong core values: integrity, reliability, and putting people first.

Our People

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of managing dedicated teams in high stakes environments, from bustling nightclubs and bars to stadiums and festivals. I’ve seen firsthand the difference that well trained, respectful, and alert security staff can make - not just in preventing incidents, but in creating environments where people feel safe.

We don’t just hire anyone. We build teams that reflect our mission, our values, and our commitment to keeping Leamington and surrounding communities safe.

More Than Security

Outside of Morvidus, I’m also proud to serve the community as a coach and secretary at Cleary's Boxing Club in Whitnash. There, I work with young people to help them build confidence, discipline, and resilience through sport. It’s my way of giving back, of mentoring the next generation and using the lessons I’ve learned in life and security to guide others.
