At Morvidus Security, what we’re building goes far beyond security services.
We are proud to be part of a bigger mission - one that starts at street level and works its way up. Our goal is simple: to make a real difference in our town by investing in people, not just protection.
Through our work with Cleary’s Boxing, we are actively supporting young people in the community - giving them structure, discipline, and a positive environment to grow. Boxing teaches more than fitness; it builds respect, resilience, and accountability. These are the same values we carry into our security teams every day.
At the same time, our professional security operatives are on the front line, preventing crime, de-escalating situations, and keeping people safe across Leamington Spa and beyond. We believe that real safety comes from both prevention and presence - supporting people before problems arise, and protecting them when it matters most.
We are now taking that mission even further.
Morvidus Security is in the process of developing an SIA training centre and education hub, designed to create opportunities for local people to enter the security industry with the right mindset, skills, and qualifications. This isn’t just about jobs - it’s about building careers, futures, and stronger communities.

At the same time, our security teams provide a strong, professional presence across venues, events, and public spaces - ensuring that businesses, staff, and the public feel safe at all times.

Our Vision
Our long-term vision is to build something that lasts.
We are currently developing plans to launch:
- An SIA Training Centre – providing accredited qualifications and pathways into the security industry
- A Community Education Hub – focused on life skills, employability, and personal development
- Youth Development Initiatives – expanding our work with boxing and mentorship programmes
We want to create opportunities for local people while raising standards across the security industry.
